Legalization of documents for Kuwait
Papers:
Document legalization service for Kuwait: Company minutes, notarial deeds, Chamber of Commerce certificates, notarial powers of attorney; Certificates of Civil Status (birth, marriage, etc.), Diploma, Degree.
Infovisti carries out a preliminary check on the temporal validity of the stamps and the correct layout of the documents for the purpose of presentation at the Consulate.
Procedure
In order to be deposited at the Consulate, the documents must previously be legalized by one of the Italian bodies recognized by the Consulate, namely:
- Chamber of Commerce
- Prefecture (documents that come from Italian public bodies)
- Public Prosecutor’s Office (notarial deeds or sworn translations)
Please note:
Certified copies are also accepted
- Documents only in Italian are not good, if translated a sworn translation is required and the original source document must also be legalized
- the recipient in Kuwait must be present on the document
- Stamps must be original (pen) and not digital
- Documents must not have stamps older than 6 months

Prefecture, Public Prosecutor’s Office and Chamber of Commerce
Processing time*:
About 4/5 days from the presentation at the Consulate.
Amount of consular fees:
- invoice € 50 each document
- Certificates of origin Euro 75 each document
- Other documents Euro 25 each document
